Becoming a Resident – Here Are Your Steps

1. Schedule a personal tour to explore the community and your options
2. Complete your application and forms needed to become a resident
3. Place a $1,000 deposit to be on the Waitlist
4. We will notify you when your chosen residence becomes available
5. Reserve your residence with a 10% deposit
6. Work with our Move Coordinator to make finishing touches/upgrades and plan your move
7. Welcome! We are glad you are now at Well-Spring!
