Fitness & Aquatics for All
Among our core values at Well-Spring is our emphasis on robust physical health, activity, well-being and happiness. From water aerobics with friends to lifting weights to stay fit, working out at our facilities is convenient — and can even be fun — for any resident on our campus.
State-of-the-Art Facilities
Pool & Aquatics
Well-Spring residents can enjoy a heated indoor pool featuring areas for lap-swimming, water aerobics and relaxation – in a beautiful facility right inside your neighborhood! Aquatic therapy, water walking and water aerobic classes always prove popular and are excellent workouts for seniors without stressing joints. Or start your day simply swimming laps. Our aquatic center also features spacious dressing rooms, making it easy and convenient to make the pool a part of your daily routine.
Modern Fitness Center
Well-Spring’s senior fitness center in Greensboro is an opportune place for our residents to exercise every day and improve their overall wellness. Lift weights, work with a fitness coordinator, build endurance on cardio equipment and more. Classes are offered so residents can feel comfortable using the equipment or take part in Zumba, Tai Chi and yoga. After a hard workout, take a few minutes to relax in the whirlpool tub.
